Amalia House – Casa de vacaciones con tres apartamentos en Karystos, sur-de Eubea
Amalia House es una casa de piedra restaurada con tres apartamentos independientes situada en el centro de Karystos, al sur de Eubea (Evia), en Grecia.
El alojamiento se encuentra en una calle lateral tranquila cerca de la plaza Amalía-.
Se puede llegar a pie a la playa, al puerto, a las cafeterías, a las tiendas y a los restaurantes. La combinación de una ubicación céntrica y un entorno residencial tranquilo permite pasar una estancia sin necesidad de coche.
La casa tiene capacidad para hasta once huéspedes y es ideal para familias, parejas de amigos, grupos reducidos o talleres.
Cada apartamento cuenta con su propia cocina totalmente equipada, baños privados y zonas de descanso claramente separadas.
De este modo, se mantienen la privacidad y la flexibilidad – incluso cuando se reserva toda la casa en su conjunto.
Se puede elegir entre el apartamento «Garden» a planta baja con acceso al jardín, para 2–3 personas; el piso de la planta noble, con dos dormitorios y una gran terraza, para 4 personas; y el ático con vistas al mar y dos terrazas, para 4 personas.
Amalia House combina la proximidad a la playa, su ubicación en Karystos y una distribución espacial bien estructurada dentro de un edificio histórico en el sur de -Eubea.

- 5 baños: cada vivienda cuenta con un dormitorio con baño en suite; el ático y la planta noble disponen de un segundo baño completo, que también puede utilizarse como baño de invitados.
- 3 AC: Cada vivienda cuenta con un sistema de aire acondicionado de capacidad suficiente que garantiza un frescor agradable incluso en los días más calurosos del verano.

A very pleasant vacation spent on Evia with my family this summer! Liked · Location is very nice. I've spent there 8 nights with my family and everything was very nice an pleasant. When we arrived we were greeted by the host, a very nice person that explained everything about the property and surrounding locations. The property is very well equipped (all kitchen required items, dishwasher, full electric oven, laundry washing machine and dryer). Everything was in very good condition and we were very well impressed about the cleanliness. The location is in a quiet street but very close to town center and port areas. There are a lot of stores, groceries around. The owner helped us buying some olive oil from local farmers. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us. We felt at home... Thank you for the very good experience and hope we meet again soon!

Our stay at the Amalia house was great in all ways. Spacious, clean, well equiped, well situated, great airco, a bathroom for each room, a huge terrace… Good and easy communication with the gentle owners. Perfect for a smooth start of our holidays.
This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Karystos. The location, just 2 blocks off the center of town, makes it an easy stroll to beaches, bakeries, cafes, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is spotless and newly constructed with high-quality materials. It is also well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the air conditioning some afternoons in the July heat, but the home has a lovely sea view and benefits from nice breezes. We spent our evenings on the private patio. The hosts are very helpful and will provide more information about nearby attractions. We love Karystos because it's a working village but has nice beaches with beautiful clear water. Of course, there are also many great places to eat. We would highly recommend a stay. It's even nicer than the pictures.
