Amalia House – Casă de vacanță cu trei apartamente de vacanță în Karystos, sudul-insulei Euboea
Amalia House este o casă din piatră restaurată, cu trei apartamente de vacanță independente, situată în centrul localității Karystos, în sudul insulei Euboea (Evia), Grecia.
Cazarea se află pe o stradă laterală liniștită, lângă Piața Amalía-.
Plaja, portul, cafenelele, magazinele și restaurantele sunt accesibile pe jos. Combinația dintre amplasarea centrală și mediul rezidențial protejat permite un sejur fără mașină.
Casa poate găzdui până la unsprezece oaspeți și este potrivită pentru familii, cupluri de prieteni, grupuri mici sau ateliere.
Fiecare apartament de vacanță dispune de o bucătărie proprie complet utilată, de băi private și de zone de dormit clar delimitate.
Astfel, intimitatea și flexibilitatea sunt păstrate – chiar și în cazul rezervării comune a întregii case.
Aveți la dispoziție apartamentul „Garden” situat la parter, cu acces la grădină, pentru 2–3 persoane, apartamentul de la etajul intermediar, cu două dormitoare și o terasă mare, pentru 4 persoane, precum și penthouse-ul cu vedere la mare și două terase, pentru 4 persoane.
Amalia House îmbină proximitatea față de plajă, amplasarea în localitatea Karystos și o dispunere structurată a spațiului în cadrul unei clădiri istorice din sudul insulei Euboea.
- 5 dormitoare: 2 penthouse-uri, 2 apartamente la etajul de lux, 1 apartament cu grădină.
- 5 băi: Fiecare apartament are un dormitor cu baie proprie, iar penthouse-ul și etajul de lux dispun de o a doua baie complet utilată, care poate servi și ca baie pentru oaspeți.
- 3 AC: Fiecare apartament dispune de un sistem de aer condiționat suficient de puternic, care poate asigura o răcoare plăcută chiar și în cele mai toride zile de vară.

A very pleasant vacation spent on Evia with my family this summer! Liked · Location is very nice. I've spent there 8 nights with my family and everything was very nice an pleasant. When we arrived we were greeted by the host, a very nice person that explained everything about the property and surrounding locations. The property is very well equipped (all kitchen required items, dishwasher, full electric oven, laundry washing machine and dryer). Everything was in very good condition and we were very well impressed about the cleanliness. The location is in a quiet street but very close to town center and port areas. There are a lot of stores, groceries around. The owner helped us buying some olive oil from local farmers. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us. We felt at home... Thank you for the very good experience and hope we meet again soon!

Our stay at the Amalia house was great in all ways. Spacious, clean, well equiped, well situated, great airco, a bathroom for each room, a huge terrace… Good and easy communication with the gentle owners. Perfect for a smooth start of our holidays.
This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Karystos. The location, just 2 blocks off the center of town, makes it an easy stroll to beaches, bakeries, cafes, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is spotless and newly constructed with high-quality materials. It is also well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the air conditioning some afternoons in the July heat, but the home has a lovely sea view and benefits from nice breezes. We spent our evenings on the private patio. The hosts are very helpful and will provide more information about nearby attractions. We love Karystos because it's a working village but has nice beaches with beautiful clear water. Of course, there are also many great places to eat. We would highly recommend a stay. It's even nicer than the pictures.
