Amalia House është një shtëpi guri e restauruar me tre apartamente të pavarura pushimi, e vendosur në qendër të Karystos në jug të Eubeas (Evia), Greqi.
Strehimi ndodhet në një rrugicë të qetë pranë Sheshit Amalía-.
Plazhi, porti, kafenetë, dyqanet dhe restorantet janë të gjitha brenda distancës për t'u arritur me këmbë. Kombinimi i një vendndodhjeje qendrore dhe një mjedisi banimi të qetë do të thotë që mund të përballoni pa makinë.
Shtëpia mund të akomodojë deri në njëmbëdhjetë mysafirë dhe është ideale për familje, çifte që janë miq, grupe të vogla ose punëtori.
Çdo apartament pushimi ka kuzhinën e vet të pajisur plotësisht, banjo private dhe zona gjumi të qarta e të ndara.
Kjo siguron që privatësia dhe fleksibiliteti të ruhen – edhe kur e gjithë shtëpia është rezervuar si grup.
Ju mund të zgjidhni midis Apartamentit të kopshtit në katin e parë me akses në kopsht për 2–3 persona, Beletage me dy dhoma gjumi dhe një tarracë të madhe për 4 persona, dhe penthouse me pamje deti dhe dy tarraca për 4 persona.
Amalia House kombinon afërsinë me plazhin, një vendndodhje qendrore në Karystos dhe një organizim të mirë të brendshëm brenda një ndërtese historike në jug të -Euboea.
- 5 dhoma gjumi: 2 penthouse, 2 apartamente bel-étage, 1 apartament kopshti.
- 5 banja: Çdo apartament ka një dhomë gjumi me banjo të brendshme; penthouse-i dhe bel étage-i gjithashtu kanë një banjo të dytë të plotë, e cila mund të përdoret edhe si banjo për mysafirë.
- 3 AC: Çdo apartament është i pajisur me një sistem kondicionimi me fuqi të mjaftueshme që mund të sigurojë një temperaturë të këndshme dhe të freskët edhe në ditët më të nxehta të verës.

A very pleasant vacation spent on Evia with my family this summer! Liked · Location is very nice. I've spent there 8 nights with my family and everything was very nice an pleasant. When we arrived we were greeted by the host, a very nice person that explained everything about the property and surrounding locations. The property is very well equipped (all kitchen required items, dishwasher, full electric oven, laundry washing machine and dryer). Everything was in very good condition and we were very well impressed about the cleanliness. The location is in a quiet street but very close to town center and port areas. There are a lot of stores, groceries around. The owner helped us buying some olive oil from local farmers. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us. We felt at home... Thank you for the very good experience and hope we meet again soon!

Our stay at the Amalia house was great in all ways. Spacious, clean, well equiped, well situated, great airco, a bathroom for each room, a huge terrace… Good and easy communication with the gentle owners. Perfect for a smooth start of our holidays.
This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Karystos. The location, just 2 blocks off the center of town, makes it an easy stroll to beaches, bakeries, cafes, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is spotless and newly constructed with high-quality materials. It is also well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the air conditioning some afternoons in the July heat, but the home has a lovely sea view and benefits from nice breezes. We spent our evenings on the private patio. The hosts are very helpful and will provide more information about nearby attractions. We love Karystos because it's a working village but has nice beaches with beautiful clear water. Of course, there are also many great places to eat. We would highly recommend a stay. It's even nicer than the pictures.
