You’ll be staying in a quiet side street near Amalia- Square, with cafés, shops and harbour restaurants within walking distance.
A separate bedroom, a spacious living room and a private terrace opening onto the garden make this flat ideal for couples, small families or guests who require step-free access.
Separate bedroom and extra sleeping space
In the bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size-double bed with a mosquito net. The separate room offers a quiet retreat away from the living area.
The large living room has a daybed that can be used as a bed for a third person. This means you can stay in the flat as a couple or a group of three and have a shared living area during the day.
Spacious bathroom with two entrances
The shower room is accessible from both the bedroom and the kitchen. Anyone sleeping on the daybed in the living room can therefore reach the bathroom without having to go through the bedroom. This is particularly convenient at night and allows for more privacy when the flat is occupied by three people.
Fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals – from breakfast right through to a shared evening meal. Worktops and storage space make it easy to cater for yourself, even during a longer holiday in Karystos.

A very pleasant vacation spent on Evia with my family this summer! Liked · Location is very nice. I've spent there 8 nights with my family and everything was very nice an pleasant. When we arrived we were greeted by the host, a very nice person that explained everything about the property and surrounding locations. The property is very well equipped (all kitchen required items, dishwasher, full electric oven, laundry washing machine and dryer). Everything was in very good condition and we were very well impressed about the cleanliness. The location is in a quiet street but very close to town center and port areas. There are a lot of stores, groceries around. The owner helped us buying some olive oil from local farmers. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us. We felt at home... Thank you for the very good experience and hope we meet again soon!

I have had an excellent month’s stay at the Amalia Garden Apartment. Clean, modern and very comfortable. The garden is truly charming, with a variety of trees. A perfect location to explore Karystos town centre and the surrounding beautiful beaches. The hosts have been very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Basically, everything described on their website is exactly so. I feel lucky to have found such a delightful place and highly recommend it.
